Help me and mom into apt or house.

Hello, my name is Melinda Smith my family and I were victims of the April  and June floods in Texas. During the last floods, my stepdad  passed away on June 23, 2016 and my mother was put into the hospital a week and half before he died due to a very bad infection from the flood waters.  As of 8/05/16 my mother is in a rehabilitation center due to her not being able to walk now. I have been living in a motel  since the june floods and I am running out of money to keep myself there. I would like to shout out to the world that I need help in living expenses and to get into an apartment so when my mom comes out of rehab she will have place to stay. The house in the pictures, has been flooded 6 times in its lifetime and we are just not able to afford nor repair it.
